Treatments are available in 30 minute or 60 minute sessions:

SWEDISH MASSAGE
A classic full-body massage for relaxation.
The massage technique includes fluid and rhythmic strokes to the superficial layers of muscle that can help you to relax your mind and body, alleviating stress and tension.

indian head massage
An extremely effective therapy that has evolved from traditional techniques practised in India for thousands of years.
Massage to your upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and scalp can help to relax muscles, release tension, break down ‘knots’, and relieve acute and chronic neck and shoulder stiffness.
Beneficial for relief from insomnia and an aching jaw. This treatment can also provide you with a sense of calmness, relieve anxiety and stress, lift a low mood and leave you with a clearer perspective.
The massage is carried out with the client seated in an upright position, wearing a loose comfortable t-shirt.

Deep tissue / Sports massage
This firm massage primarily targets tired and fatigued muscles resulting from strenuous physical activities or repetitive movements.
The techniques used involve strong, firm strokes, as well as thumb and elbow pressure, which penetrate deep into muscle tissue.
Deep tissue massage is effective in breaking down adhesions, scar tissue, and relieving muscle tightness.
