The practice of mindfulness can help us manage stress, increase our focus and attention span, reduce ruminating on negative thoughts and emotions and cultivate gratitude for the present moment. Numerous studies have shown that taking moments throughout the day to simply pay attention to what you are doing in the present moment can have long-lasting positive impacts on overall well-being.

Mindfulness Therapy

bespoke mindfulness talking THERAPY

Mindfulness is an evidence-based practice from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Learning to ‘take a breath’, live in the present moment, non-judgmentally, can help you to let go of troublesome thoughts, emotions and reactions.

When this happens you have the opportunity to alleviate stress, anger, anxiety, low mood, and recurring depression. You can become more resilient, and make better decisions.

Mindfulness can promote a sense of calm, and well-being. Most importantly, you can learn to be kind to yourself.

60 mins ~ £70.00

Combined Therapies

Integrating these evidence-based therapies offers a path to rejuvenation and tranquility.

A mindful massage blends various massage techniques to address physical concerns while guiding you in releasing persistent negative thoughts, reducing stress, alleviating anxiety, managing recurring depression, enhancing mood, improving sleep, and conquering feelings of overwhelm.

By learning to embrace the present moment without judgment, you can shed troublesome thoughts, emotions, and reactions, ultimately diminishing stress, anger, anxiety, low mood, and persistent depression. This process fosters resilience, enables wiser decision-making, and fosters self-compassion.

Massage Therapy, with its power of touch, facilitates the transition from ‘fight or flight’ mode to activating your parasympathetic nervous system. This enables your body to relax, reduce stress, release tension, and ease tight muscles, all by simply taking a breath.

Massage and mindfulness therapy combine talking therapy with your choice of massage treatment, such as Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Swedish, Indian Head Massage, Natural Face Lift, or Hot Stone Massage.

Is it suitable for you?

If you’re curious about the benefits of ‘Mindfulness’ and how it can help you let go of automatic negative thoughts, anxiety, rumination, and overwhelm, a mindful massage is designed for you. Some of the potential advantages can include improved focus, enhanced relationships, better anger management, and the development of self-compassion.
