Rochelle Bell

Founder & Ultra Marathon Runner

The founder of Run Body Run, Rochelle is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, has a BSc Honours Degree in Sports Psychology, and a long – standing interest in nutrition.  She has over 30 years’ experience in fitness, wellness and weight training along with a strong affinity for mental health.

Rochelle trained at The London School of Sports Massage with its founder Mel Cash in 2004 and continues to train with Jing Massage School.  She gained her Sports Psychology degree at Buckinghamshire New University as a mature student in 2012 and is a member of the British Psychological Society.  Rochelle continues to learn and is studying Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and myofascial release massage. She is a run leader with Run Talk Run, Berkshire Trail Runners, and a Mental Health First Aider.

Rochelle went from running half and full marathons to becoming an ultra/ultra – trail runner participating in extreme multi-stage events such as The 250km Marathon Des Sables in 2017, The Trans Atlas Marathon (280km/160Km) across the high Atlas Mountains of Morocco in 2019. 

 She believes massage therapy plays an active role in both sporting and everyday living physical and mental recovery.

Rochelle combines her knowledge of deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular technique  and Swedish massage to help promote physical and mental wellbeing

Includes an initial assessment followed by a tailored massage (60 – 75 min)
Follow up treatments £50.00 per session

Monica Durigon

Nutritional Therapist

Monica Durigon is a qualified nutritional therapist and member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine), CNCH (Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council) and BSLM (British Society for Lifestyle Medicine) 

She qualified as a Nutritional Therapist from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition where she was awarded the Dian Shepperson Mills Prize for Outstanding Performance in Clinic. She furthered her training as a wellbeing and weightloss coach under Patrick Holford’s Zest4life team and at the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Monica believes that the choices we make every day about food and lifestyle not only benefit our bodies and influence our minds for training,  but transform our whole life. Exercise has always been an important part of Monica’s life and having recently turned 50 she has begun to experience the benefits of trail running!

Monica offers one to one bespoke nutritional programmes with functional and genetic testing and works in corporate delivering wellbeing and nutritional coaching. She has offices in Windsor, Berkshire and Central London. For more information please visit www.everydaynutrition.co.uk.
